- Work alongside professionals to provide holistic support to vulnerable young people.
- A graduate in Criminology, Psychology, or a related field with a strong interest in youth justice or supporting students with SEMH needs.
- While prior experience is beneficial, full training and support will be provided.
- A calm, empathetic, and patient approach to working with young people.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- A proactive attitude and genuine desire to make a difference.
- Ideally local to Hitchin and ready for a full-time or long-term role.
