- Together with 10 team members you will be supporting French speaking market
- Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams
- Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in Oracle
- You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients
- You can expect receiving requests primarely via email (CRM) or phone
