Plant Controller -II

• Conduct monthly closing activities and report preparation, ensure accuracy of financial data and meet deadlines and high quality of reporting from global and AP region as required
• Implement company policies and execute consistent of internal controls and compliance and relative to financial reporting, and safeguard company assets or properties
• Assist plant GM and other function leaders to oversee and coordinate the business planning, operating budgets and forecast processes
• Drive overall manufacturing performance, margin expansion, cost efficiency, and profitable growth as well as free cash flow
• Provide analysis of financial data, driving actions that positively influence key financial measures and support business or operation decision making
• Work collaboratively with business, Operation, Engineering, Program Management team for CAPEX, tooling recovery, program launch these investment payback and optimization
• Perform project work and ad hoc assignments by Plant GM and Sr. Finance Director – Asia Pac and plant level strategy as required
• Leading and developing a small team thru coaching and mentoring, fully employee engagement and build up talent pipeline and depth succession plan.
