Designation: Assistant Manager - Business Development Reporting: Executive Director Experience: 4 Years and Above Shift Timings: (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST) Location: Sector-68, Noida, U.P (On-Site) Summary: As an Assistant Manager - Business Development, you will be responsible for getting client accounts. Desired candidate must have an existing client relationship and a proven track record of success in getting new Clients. Your goal is to identify potential clients and interact with Hiring Managers of clients who regularly releasing contract and/ or contract- to- hire Staff augmentation services. You will be responsible in materializing existing and new vendor/ client accounts or contracts and build this network. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for getting new client acquisition and business development. Building relationships with new clients to increase the business. Drive peak performance and sales success across the organization. Create, negotiate, and close commercial agreements. You will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets. Interact with clients on daily bases and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil. Collaborate with the recruitment team. Be accountable for revenue targets / Client relationship management. Building accounts with contract staffing needs and ongoing support. Plan and execute new marketing initiatives to build the business. Upsell & Cross sell in our existing accounts. Manage market research, business research, database building & management, business opportunity analysis, lead generation etc. Able to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally and confidently. Effectively present our services to new and existing clients. Desired Candidate Profile: 4+ years of experience in a similar role. Expertise & knowledge in Sales & BD in Staffing. Should be passionate about sales & have the drive to chase numbers. Must possess a flair for market research, gathering market intelligence & marketing activities. Strong negotiation & convincing skills. Should be capable of handling client escalations effectively and promptly. Strong in communication with external & internal stakeholders. Must be high on convincing & negotiation skills. Proven business development manager who is used to work towards targets. Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads and placements. Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for staffing businesses. Must be capable of putting across his points & convincing stakeholders concerned. Sole responsibility is to obtain new job orders for recruiters to fill. Excellent presentation and written communication skills in consultative settings, interact with compliance/ Hiring Managers and Business Owners. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality with respect to all work performed. Strong knowledge of Staffing Industry.
