As an IT Program Manager you must have knowledge of Information Technology with technical program management experience. The IT Program Manager must be eager to excel at the intersection of interdisciplinary teams and act as the conduit between cross-functional efforts enabling unity and synergy across the organization. This position requires a well-rounded individual who is detail-oriented, hands-on experience in delivering complex large scale Technology projects and can manage multiple programs within the IT portfolio while independently managing the relationships with the business owners, product owners and engineers to successfully deliver multiple projects on time. The IT Program Manager is someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, fostering collaboration and distilling complex problems into actionable roadmaps, project plans, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, and governance.Responsibilities:Perform complex data analysis to identify different opportunities for improvement and identify challenges within the programs related to Global Information Security (GIS).Lead initiatives across the different teams and work with the other program managers to drive business decisions and implementations.Manage operational and strategic GIS projects focusing on continuously improving the way the team operates within the company and collaborates with the other teamsCoordinate with stakeholders both within Digital Technology Services and Enterprise Architecture and manage the relationships with our implementation partners.Demonstrates extensive project and program management discipline expertise.Demonstrates consistent track-record of successful delivery within IT and Security.Support with the review of the Statement of work and collaborate with the internal teams to progress arrangements with external parties.PMO Track record of developing and presenting strategic presentations for Steering Committees and stakeholders.Collaborate with IT project teams, product and key business stakeholders serving as liaison between GIS and the company.Drive PMO processes and governance and lead along with your manager cross-functional teams to implement company-wide IT solutions, projects, and programs.Drive and manage the OKR process establish and advance best practices for program and project management across the organization.Lead the end-to-end program management of programs in a cross-functional, hyper-growth environment.Partner with stakeholders and influence IT project teams to operationalize the implementation of program roadmaps, including documentation and supporting all IT project meetings including quarterly Program Increment planning.Provide technical program support and implementation of technology solutions and procedures (Jira Pro and Jira Align knowledge).IT Program manager motivates and drives the team identifies project bottlenecks and proactively communicates and tracks resolution across the team portfolio.Oversee the management of cross-program timelines, dependencies, decisions, and constraints by the project team.Experience in primarily a customer facing role in consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations on project delivery.Demonstrated ability of complex problem solving and over-achieving targetsEstablish and manage key performance indicators (KPI) metrics for all assigned projects.Hands on experience in strategy, execution, program portfolio delivery and reporting.About YouRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experienceMinimum of 3 years of related experience on delivering IT projects at scale.Bachelor’s or master’s degree; or equivalent program management experience.Demonstrates experience with IT PMO complex implementations.Demonstrable knowledge of program and project management tools such as, Jira Align, Jira Pro, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet.Must have experience in working with vendors and managing diverse stakeholders.Robust Program Management and Project Management skills and demonstrable experience in leveraging them appropriately.Stellar communication skills and a demonstrable ability to lead and influence others.PMP certification is a plus. 3 years of Agile knowledge or Scrum Master, Agile Coach or RTE certifications are a plus.Our goal is to create an atmosphere where every candidate feels supported and empowered in the interviewing process.
