As a member of the DEI, C&D team, this person will also play an integral part in making a difference in the lives our employees by also supporting important functions such as new hire orientation, employee recognition, engagement surveys, wellness, community programming, corporate social responsibility, company-wide and local event planning, and more! WP Engine understands that our business thrives when our employees thrive, and it begins with hiring the right Culture and Learning Administrator.The Day to DayThis is very much a hands-on role, requiring you to execute and manage multiple projects at once, across global time zones, with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. The ability to multitask with an attention to detail while taking an idea from concept to execution is key! As a member of the DEI, Culture and Development team you will:Play a key role in the coordination, communication, and administration of company-wide compliance training, and provide ongoing support for LMS and Workday administration for the learning and performance modules.Support the design and delivery of relevant, high-impact and interactive learning solutions that support the development of our employees and ensures learner participation, comprehension, and applicationContribute to the monthly DEI C&D newsletter by promoting upcoming learning offeringsCollect and analyze training survey and evaluation data; create reports based on data collected and continuously improve content over timeDevelop and manage the schedule for New Employee Orientation (NEO) by setting up calendar of events, identifying/confirming facilitators, and ensuring all parties are clear on process and expectationsOwn New Employee Orientation (NEO) administration, creating an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees and ensuring they receive all relevant information and resources needed to positively start their WP Engine journey on their first dayContribute to and support the strategy for New Employee Orientation (NEO), wellness, employee engagement, recognition, community programming, Great Place to Work, and Give Back/Open Hearts while working collaboratively to continually evolve our offerings with the best interest of our employees in mindAttend community council meetings, consult and partner with site leaders, local councils, and other integral stakeholders to plan, celebrate and support regional and company-wide events and town halls, etc., while maintaining budgetary oversight.Vendor management and onboarding of new and existing vendors while maintaining an ongoing relationship with the Procurement team in order to onboard vendors and complete the procurement processSupport Employee Experience cross functional initiatives and other duties as assignedYour Experience, Expertise and PassionMinimum qualifications include:3+ years of related L&D experienceStrong ethics and cultural awareness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (proposals, reports, presentations).Creative problem solving skills, agility, flexibility, consistency and accountability to achieve a positive outcome.Relationship builder, self-starter with ability to operate collaboratively, independently and asynchronously across time zones.
