- Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote home automation solutions to premium residential customers.
- Brand Management: Enhance and maintain the company's brand image through consistent messaging, creative campaigns, and innovative marketing tactics.
- Content Creation: Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and website updates.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and PPC campaigns to drive online traffic and conversions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Event Management: Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launch events to showcase home automation solutions and engage with potential clients.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers through various marketing channels.
- Customer Engagement: Foster relationships with current and prospective clients through personalized marketing efforts and exceptional customer service.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support sales efforts.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the home automation, luxury residential, or technology sectors.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with luxury brands and understanding of the high-end residential market.
- Knowledge of home automation products and technologies.
- Graphic design skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
