Job Summary:The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our home automation products and services. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a deep understanding of the luxury residential market.Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote home automation solutions to premium residential customers.
  • Brand Management: Enhance and maintain the company's brand image through consistent messaging, creative campaigns, and innovative marketing tactics.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and website updates.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and PPC campaigns to drive online traffic and conversions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launch events to showcase home automation solutions and engage with potential clients.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers through various marketing channels.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster relationships with current and prospective clients through personalized marketing efforts and exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support sales efforts.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the home automation, luxury residential, or technology sectors.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with luxury brands and understanding of the high-end residential market.
  • Knowledge of home automation products and technologies.
  • Graphic design skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
