Job Description:For our Customer Services - Service Corner team, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and team-oriented individual whose role as Service Corner Offer Professional would be to support sales and regional companies for their request for offer about phased-out air insulated switchgear.What part will you play?
  • Receive requests for offers from regions and sales responsible.
  • Understand request content and apply further clarification activities.
  • Create Bill of Materials (BoM) for offer (E.g. Circuit breaker, transformers, mechanical lists).
  • Check special design content and prepare design to order (dto) files and drawings.
  • Prepare secondary device list in line with electrical engineering.
  • Collect up-to-date data (price and lead time) for related BoMs and devices (from procurement team and SAP).
  • Prepare new offer preparation documents (E.g. Single Line Diagram, technical specification, General arrangement).
  • Calculate new cost items for the order.
  • Provide offer to region / sales.
  • Archive offer content.
  • Transfer offer content to order management after purchasing order receival.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
  • Medium Voltage Switchgear Primary and Secondary knowledge
  • Contract management
  • Teamcenter PLM experience
  • 2D & 3D Design tool experience (E.g. Siemens NX knowledge ,Autocad, Solidworks)
  • SAP Knowledge on master data and material handling
  • Able to handle multiple, complex priorities and balance the needs of each according to business impact.
  • Strong written and oral communication and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Systemic problem solver, implementing solutions to solve root cause problems.
