The RoleKey accountabilities
  • Perform all front desk related duties such as answering phone calls, appointment scheduling etc
  • Handle all enquiries regarding the provision of rehabilitation services
  • Handle all cashiering and insurance related matters for the department
  • Manage patient records
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
