Primary EYFS Teaching AssistantLocation: BourneJob Type: Full-Time hoursSalary: £85 - £95 Per dayJob Duties:

Assist the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) teacher in delivering educational activities
Support the development of children aged 3-5 years old
Help create a safe and stimulating learning environment
Work with small groups or individual children to provide additional support
Assist with classroom management and behaviour strategies

Required Qualifications:

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Enhanced DBS check
First Aid certification (desirable)

Education:Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and EnglishExperience:Prior experience working with young children in an educational settingKnowledge and Skills:

Understanding of the EYFS framework
Effective communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
Patience and flexibility

Preferred Qualifications:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience with SEN (Special Educational Needs) children

Working Conditions:

Working hours may vary but expected to be full-time during school hours
Regular interaction with children and other staff members
Physical activities such as assisting in outdoor play and movement activities
