Working student Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)As a working student you will support the Talent Acquisition Team in a variety of recruitment activities: scheduling candidates for multiple interviews with hiring managers, updating candidates statutes in our applicant tracking system, following up with manager or candidates in several stages of the selection processes. You will also assist in creating and continuously optimizing the recurrent reports with regard with recruitment performance analytics.Ideally you are located in Amsterdam area or Bonn, Germany.WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

  • You are enrolled in a university - your course of study is irrelevant, only your passion for the talent acquisition is a key.
  • You are highly motivated, enthusiastic about recruitment and hiring
  • You like to develop new ideas, have a hands-on mentality, go through the world with open eyes and enjoy working in a team.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English. German is a nice to have.
