Hours of Work:
  • 06:00 - 18:00
  • Day Shift 12 Hours

Pay Rate:
  • £17,010 per annum
Purpose of the Role:The key purpose of the role is undertaking the running of the shift ensuring colleagues are working in a correct safe manner and assist production in our daily tasks to ensure we as a site achieve our targets.
  • To ensure all relevant operating areas are sufficiently resourced and coordinated to meet daily workloads.
  • To coordinate the training of all production staff in line with company policy and procedures.
  • To identify and resolve problems when encountered during daily operations.
  • Ensure area GMP is 92% or higher.
  • Understand and identify food safety issues/challenges/problems.
  • Maintain high standards of Hygiene.
  • To ensure Health and Safety is maintained by completing appropriate health and safety checks / reports, when and where required along with associated documentation, as required by the Departmental Manager
  • In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed above, the jobholder may be required to perform other appropriate duties and or tasks, as assigned by a member of their management team when and where required.
  • Maintain the grounds are to minimise pest activity.
