- To ensure all relevant operating areas are sufficiently resourced and coordinated to meet daily workloads.
- To coordinate the training of all production staff in line with company policy and procedures.
- To identify and resolve problems when encountered during daily operations.
- Ensure area GMP is 92% or higher.
- Understand and identify food safety issues/challenges/problems.
- Maintain high standards of Hygiene.
- To ensure Health and Safety is maintained by completing appropriate health and safety checks / reports, when and where required along with associated documentation, as required by the Departmental Manager
- In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed above, the jobholder may be required to perform other appropriate duties and or tasks, as assigned by a member of their management team when and where required.
