Job Description:Are you a team player with an accounting background? Then this maternity cover position in our Finance Operations Department might be for you! The preferred start date would be June 2024 and the estimated end date would be February 2025.What the job is …Our Accounts Payable team in Copenhagen consists of three employees processing more than 40,000 invoices per year.The team’s responsibilities consist of:Processing incoming vendor invoices in our invoice recognition softwareMatch incoming invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts in SAPAlert Procurement to any price, quantity or quality deviationsRespond to inquiries from Procurement, Product Management and vendorsInvestigate cases of missing invoices for goods receivedReconcile and settle consignment stockPrepare and execute paymentsParticipate in monthly closing processesReconcile account statements from vendorsProvide documentation for auditorsWhat do you offer?You have several years of experience within accounts payableYou are fluent in English both spoken and writtenYou are experienced in SAP or similar ERP systemYou are experienced in Microsoft ExcelAs a person, you have strong stakeholder management skills, a sense of diplomacy and can manage conflicting interests.
