- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations including the operation of equipment (AV, Printers etc), manage and maintain office inventory & supplies
- Stakeholder Mgmt: Work with external vendors to ensure office needs are met
- Argentina/Mexico Admin: Support region finance lead with administration of; accounts payable, daily balances, record keeping and reporting as required
- Onboarding and Offboarding; manage the administration for new starters and leavers in collaboration with the LATAM people partner
- 1 year experience working in an administrative/office management role
- Ideally experienced in delivering financial administration e.g. accounts payable
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Positive attitude and growth mindset to embrace change as the local business grows
- Tech savvy (MS Office/Google) with strong knowledge of Excel and/or google sheets
- Experience managing vendors/suppliers
- English skills are a must
- Full compliance with Company and Country procedures and policies
- Accurate and timely monthly payroll compliance
- An established collaborative process in place with accountants resulting on a smooth month end reporting
- Consistent and efficient management of PO and invoicing process (inc. comms with clients and accountants)
- You meet all deadlines and deliverables in a timely manner
