The successful graduate applying will be working within a large mixed secondary school, supporting class teachers during lessons and providing support to small groups in your specialist subject area. As a graduate teaching assistant, you’ll be expected to improve the attainment levels of children and develop their subject knowledge, aiding their confidence within lessons and generally around school each day.
