General Manager – Contract CateringLocation: HatfieldSalary: Up to £52,000We are recruiting for an independent and boutique caterer for the position of General Manager at a lovely B&I contract in Hatfield.The role of General Manager will see you responsible for all aspects of the catering only. The Catering offering includes day to day restaurant, vending, grab and go and hospitality. There is a great kitchen team in place and if you had a chef background that would be ideal, but this isn’t a deal breaker by any stretch. You will be catering for circa 400 customers daily, Monday to Friday.You will be super polished and immaculately presented to keep in line with the client’s image. The contract still has plenty of time to run so you have time to really make an impact and elevate the contract to the next level.The Successful Candidate:
You will come from a high-end, Contract Catering background ideally within B&I
Excellent client relationships
Strong catering knowledge
Comfortable in high end environment
Excellent communicator
A passion for food and service
Polished and very well presented
