- a Chef De Partie or Senior Chef de Partie with a stable career history in high end hospitality catering
- experienced within corporate hospitality with some fine dining experience ideally in a Michelin star or Rosette restaurant
- a good team player as well as able to use initiative
- genuinely passionate about food and ingredients as well as up to date with trends and concepts
- attentive to detail and presentation with flair and creativity
- able to communicate well with others and have strong organizational skills
- flexible and willing with a positive can do attitude
