Summary:Are you a business-minded professional who strives for collaborating with various Operational teams to deliver daily smooth and controlled services?Job Description:What will you do?Together with your team you have an essential role in NIBC’s payments & reconciliation processes:Verifying high-quality payments to clients, suppliers and financial institutions;Monitoring and reporting suspense accounts on incoming and outgoing cashflows;Using high-end payments infrastructures and reconciliation systems;Advising NIBC’s business units about NIBC’s payments services;Setting up and maintaining online bank accounts and payments infrastructures;Solve breaks and exceptions in coordination with the business.Next to that you take actively part in projects and meetings to continuously improve our Payments and Control servicing by:Initiate, prepare and implement line improvements;Contribute to department and bank wide initiatives;Cooperate with other commercial departments, Finance, Operations and IT.Your teamOperations supports the commercial activities of NIBC during the initiation phase of a transaction and delivers after-care until maturity. The Payments & Control team consists of 6 professionals with a diverse background, who are working across all disciplines.
