In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. By answering phone and internet inquiries, you will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, prospective vehicles, and purchasing ability. You will learn about the newest vehicles on the market and schedule appointments with one of our Sales Professionals. This role focuses on generating appointments with our customers -- NOT selling tactics.This position will have goals to meet & exceed for appointments made, held, and deals closed as a result. You will utilize our CRM heavily. No automotive experience is required. Candidates who have worked in retail, hospitality, or the service industry are encouraged to apply.WE OFFER:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond quickly to customer phone calls
  • Listen to the customer, answer their questions, and direct customers appropriately as they request.
  • Schedule appointments and update customer/vehicle information inside the designated software program
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs
  • Friendly attitude
  • Great speaking skills over the phone
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • This position requires times when you will be in a stationary position (e.g.: seated at a desk) for up to 100% of the time. The person in this position also needs to move about inside and outside our facility to access paperwork, file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The person in this position also frequently communicates with customers and coworkers about our product and service offerings. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
