- Provides reception or clerical services as assigned, such as answers Agency telephones, making reminder calls, assist with the check-in/check-out and scheduling of appointments for individuals served and assist visitors. Provides direction for visitors. May assist other secretarial staff with clerical job duties during approved absences.
- Participates in in-service training sessions and other staff development activities as directed.
- Demonstrates understanding of and compliance with Agency and program policies and procedures.
- Responsible for knowing and understanding building opening and closing procedures.
- Participates in committees and work teams as requested or assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Takes initiative and steps in to take on difficult challenges.
