A thrilling opportunity awaits a proactive and enthusiastic Scrub Scout Registered Nurse to become a valued team member at a private hospital in Toowoomba. It is a permanent full-time or part-time opportunity.POSITION OVERVIEWYou will join a high-performing team and a workplace with relationships built on mutual trust and respect.Your duties will involve:

Delivering evidence-based nursing care, liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
Ensuring patient and staff safety;
Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members;
Providing education and support to patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse;
At least 12 months experience as a Scrub Scout;
Focus, on delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care;
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to work independently of others;
A postgraduate perioperative certificate is desirable.
