- Offer customer service at the counter and manage shipping documentation for clients
- Manage timely processing of inbound, outbound, and transshipment activities
- Compile and create invoices and receipts, ensuring accuracy and seeking review and approval
- Diploma in Shipping Management/Vessel Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in freight forwarding handling or liner inbound, outbound or transshipment shipping documents
- Well-organized, with good time management
- Customer-oriented and a good team player with strong interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
