GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Paid Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing and optimizing paid ad campaigns across various social platforms to ensure maximum profitability for the brand. Your role involves close collaboration with creative and copy teams to deliver compelling ad content and continuous monitoring of key metrics to drive effective decision-making. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

The Role:

Execute and optimize paid ad campaigns across paid social platforms daily, aiming to maximize brand profitability.
Monitor key metrics such as budget pacing, CPA, CVR, and CAC across paid channels.
Upload and manage digital ad campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Collaborate with creative and copy departments to source necessary content for ads.
Generate and track UTMs across campaigns, providing templated reporting and dashboarding on campaign results.

The Requirements:

2+ years of Meta ads experience
2+ years of TikTok experience
Basic experience with analytics tools (intermediate Excel / Sheets)
Experience running paid social for DTC e-commerce brands
Great written and verbal English communication skills
Collaborative and willing to listen to and try out new ideas
Open-minded and always asking questions
Ability to work EST

The Compensation:

₱55,000 to ₱80,000/month
