· Depending on the complexity and the size of the Project the Proposal Engineer may be assigned all or part of the Proposals production scope. When leading a Proposal, he/she defines with the Business Developer the strategy for the bid;
· The Proposal Engineer drives the process design development to target the most competitive technology, process treatment lines and layout aligned with Bid's requirements.
· The Proposal Engineer ensures the timely production of all the design deliverables required for the Proposal.
· The Proposal Engineer ensures the costing of the Project (both Capex and Opex) and estimates the value of the project against the bid evaluation criteria.
· The Proposal Engineer, when leading, draws up the planning and follows-up during the development of the Proposal, making sure that all tasks are assigned and the team is aligned;
· The Proposal Engineer calls all necessary meetings, tracks and monitors all decisions. He ensures that the development of the proposal, or the portion of the Proposal he has been assigned, is compliant with the Management system and procedures in force.
· The Proposal Engineer ensures that the Execution Organization and the Construction delivery strategies are defined in coordination with the relevant experts and contributors.
· The Proposal Engineer calls reports on all risks and opportunities and proposes mitigation strategies where necessary. He/She is accountable for the preparation of the risk meetings when leading.
· Upon request of the Business developer or the Proposal Manager, He/She may be called in discussions with the construction Partners or to contribute to the set-up of contractual agreements.
· Upon request of the Business developer or the Proposal Manager, He/She contributes to Client's presentation and/or negotiationsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORGeneral requirement:
The Proposal Engineer has a good technical know-how and 4-5 years of experience in the field of water treatment.Education Requirements:
Master's Degree in environmental Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.Languages required:
Fluent in English

He/She enjoys the teamwork within national and international contexts and will need to be flexible with working hours.
