- Check material master data in accuracy, process material & sale order costing timely;
- Prepare weekly costing report, monthly closing, rolling forecast, yearly budget;
- Assistant & control cash flow, AR collection, Working Capital, GR/IR, expense & IC charge and other KPI's;
- Control & analyse project budget and deviation, provide report as need;
- Prepare business operating analysis, support internal/external control & audit;
- Improve management procedure and performance to reach business target;
- Coordinate with production team for utilization improvement & business control;
- Provide training for costing process, implement consolidation system ONESTREAM;
- Complete other assignment on ad hoc basis.

- Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting or financial management
- 2-3 years costing & accounting experience in manufactory business
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
- IT-proficiency in MS Project as well as ERP software, familiar with SAP will be preferred
- Reading and writing English skills
- Strong responsibility, analytical thinking with problem solving capabilities
- Self-motivated and proactive, the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Willingness to learn and develop, result orientation
