This FP&A Analyst role is an opportunity to contribute to a health care accounting and finance team based in London. The successful candidate will play a vital part in budgeting, forecasting and analytical processes, while working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Perform variance analysis and identify key business trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve financial performance; working closely with the key budget holders.
  • Maintain financial models and perform ad hoc financial forecasting.
  • Provide support to the finance team and participate in special projects.
  • Prepare financial reports for senior management.
  • Participate in the month-end closing process.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.

  • Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA,CIMA)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Financial modelling knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and financial compliance.
  • Experience in health care industry/ charity sector is a plus.
