Coordinate with external partners to ensure the timely and accurate submission of local statutory reporting to relevant authorities. Offer coaching and guidance to business analysts to enhance their skills, improve analytical capabilities, and deepen their understanding of processes. Identify and promptly resolve complex issues, collaborating cross-functionally to address root causes and implement effective solutions. Engage stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges, fostering strong relationships for effective collaboration and communication Profile Chartered Accountant CA, ACA, Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent Minimum 8-10 years General Accounting / Controlling / experience Audit experience is a must Strong English and Mandarin Language proficiency, both verbal and written, with the confidence to express clear opinions and ability to explain financial issues to non-financial management. Experience of change management and building engagement. Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams. Have experience in SAP.
