We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our blockchain engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Golang, SQL/no-SQL databases, cloud-based distributed databases, streaming processes, and hands-on infrastructure development in large-scale systems.Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers specializing in blockchain technology.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of our blockchain infrastructure.
- Ensure the performance and reliability of SQL/no-SQL databases.
- Manage cloud-based distributed database systems and streaming processes.
- Drive the architecture and hands-on development of large-scale systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align blockchain technology development with company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in blockchain and database management.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role in a tech company.
- Strong programming skills in Golang.
- Extensive experience with SQL and no-SQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud-based distributed databases and streaming processes.
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure development for large-scale systems.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and its application in business solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering
- Prior experience managing a team of software engineers.
