Much Wenlock - ShropshireWe are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our clients team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food production and service.This position would suit an experienced Head Chef, used to working with fresh produce and leading a small team. You will be responsible for the daily food operation and will be given a lot of autonomy, working alongside the owner in order to develop the menu and source suppliers.Head Chef Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation
- Menu development
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets high standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
