Maintains assigned basic medical imaging equipment and support systems.Responsibilities:
Responds to basic support requests. Interviews customer to determine nature and scope of the customer's issue, and the appropriate response.Diagnoses, resolves and closes basic medical imaging equipment issues according to service level guidelines. Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management when necessary.Performs routine image quality and safety checks, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on basic medical imaging equipment and support systems.Demonstrates understanding of customer service policies and procedures, continuously develops depth and breadth of technical competencies.Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.Requirements:
- High School degree or GED.
- 1 year of relevant experience.
