Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer at Black Cherie Media located in Pune. As a Telemarketer, your day-to-day tasks will include making outbound calls to potential customers, scheduling appointments, effectively communicating product or service information, providing excellent customer service, and closing sales. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and building rapport Experience in appointment scheduling and managing calendars Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Customer service experience and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues Sales experience and the ability to persuade and close deals Highly organized and detail-oriented Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
