This role will see you forge close ties with our Corporate Recruitment Team and play a pivotal role in sourcing Resident Medical and Dental Officers (RMOs and RDOs). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this position might be your perfect fit!In this role, you'll:
  • Lead the annual RMO recruitment cycle from start to finish.
  • Handle ad hoc recruitment needs throughout the year.
  • Support the on-boarding process for RMOs, managing documentation and fostering relationships.
  • Coordinate orientation programs seamlessly
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to all involved parties.
  • Maintain key relationships with MCNZ and Immigration
  • Collaborate with the People and Capability team to uphold best practices.
  • Assist in various projects like reviews, proposals, and audits.
