Sales Manager in Real Estate

Develop and implement policies necessary for improving profitability and efficiency of the sales & leasing department.
Oversee the marketing and advertising of vacancies on media/advert channels to attract potential clients.
Supervise a team of sales & leasing consultants to always ensure maximum occupancy of rental units and high renewal rate
