Senior Product Success Manager, Solution Engineering, BentleyJob Description:Duties for the Senior Product Success Manager role include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing User relationships, networking, deliver product presentation, training, or consultancy, contributing to usage and revenue growth. Your technical expertise will provide insights on client-to-business interactions and assist in improving user experience through product support. Successful candidates will demonstrate analytical skills, aptitude for learning and using new software and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Product Success colleague will engage with our Users, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our User base.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and conduct technical presentations and product demonstrationsDeliver Training, mentoring, and consulting sessionsCoordinate, evaluate and improve tutorials and other training materialsAnalyze user data to improve user experienceServe as the primary liaison between company and usersImplement onboarding processes for usersHandle and resolve user requests and technical issuesIndependently drive and manage client business developmentSustain business growth and profitability by maximizing valueEnhance and continually improve user satisfactionArticulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users independentlyQualificationsBachelor’s in Civil Engineering & Masters in Transportation or equivalent.A strong knowledge and experience in Highway Design, Conceptual Design, Rail Track Alignment DesignMore than 5 years engineering industry experienceExperience with Bentley Mx Roads/OpenRoads Designer, LumenRT, OpenRoads Conceptstation, PowerRail Track/ OpenRail Designer or other related industry software such as Civil 3D, Infraworks, Navisworks etc.Ability to learn and effectively demonstrate, configure, and consult on Bentley’s Opensite Designer, OpenRoads Designer and OpenRail Designer.Detailed and a creative problem solver.Excellent written and oral communication, as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to learn and effectively demonstrate Bentley’s software product lineWhat We Offer:
