- Closing sales opportunities within your account base and meeting quarterly revenue targets
- Being the point of contact for identified Key Accounts
- Conducting data-focused quarterly business reviews with clients, ideally face to face
- Creating strategic growth plans for each key account, including mapping of decision makers, key contacts, and organisational structure
- Collaborating with Marketing department on targeted, bespoke account-based marketing campaigns to drive the business
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM System (Salesforce)
- 4+ years' experience within an Account Manager role achieving individual revenue targets
- Previous experience with managing high-spend accounts
- Experience selling annual recurring revenue contracts is desirable
- Excellent relationship building skills across all levels and both virtually and face to face
- Experience using CRM systems
- Self-motivated and driven individual
- Highly adaptable and resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced and growing business
