- Degree or equivalent (HNC/HND) in a relevant field with at least 3 years' experience in Quality leadership role Or At least 8 years' experience in Quality Assurance.
- Experience with ISO9001:2015.
- Demonstratable working knowledge of best in class Quality management systems.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, communicate, organise, and control daily workload.
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
- Attentive to detail, strong data analytics skills.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Enthusiastic, energetic self-starter able to work on own initiative.
- Willingness to develop and adapt to new situations.
- Ability to use Microsoft PowerBI.
- IFS system knowledge.
- Weld inspection experience.
- Paint inspection experience.
- Experience of completing Quality Tools, e.g. APQP, PPAP, FMEA etc.
- Previous experience in managing team members.
- Technical qualification relevant to the role.
- ISO9001 Auditor/Lead Auditor Certificate.
