Seven Resourcing are currently seeking a Caseworker to work within Middlesbrough Council. This is a full time position, and we are paying £18.86 per hour for this role.The role:Working within Middlesbrough Council, our team helps those experiencing problems with substance use, domestic abuse, and homelessness. We are looking for a passionate, motivated individual to join our team as a Caseworker. The successful candidate will manage a case load of clients with issues around alcohol and substance use, delivering a range of psychosocial Interventions to help clients reach their health and wellbeing goals.Key Responsibilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- both verbally and written
The ability to build rapport with others easily.
The ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
Resilience in the face of challenges and crisis situations
A passion for helping others and the drive to help clients achieve their goals

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications: GCSEs A-C or equivalent including at least English and Maths. Educated to A Level standard or equivalent experience
Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
Compliance: Current Standard DBS check.
Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
Hours: 37 hours p/w.
