Position Summary: This role will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Process incoming payments from customers via various channels including checks, electronic payments, and credit card transactions. Apply payments to customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner Reconcile daily cash receipts with bank deposits to ensure accuracy and completeness. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payment application. Communicate with internal teams and external customers to resolve payment-related inquiries or discrepancies. Assist in the preparation of cash application-related reports and documentation for management review. Collaborate with other Credit Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely posting of payments and reconciliation of accounts. Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to cash application and recommend process improvements when necessary. Assist in other Credit-related tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field. Open to fresh graduates. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Role is for nightshift Work set-up is hybrid (10-12 days onsite) Work location is in McKinley Hill, Taguig This is not a complete listing of the job duties.
