- Budget Management: You'll masterfully manage the regional demand generation budget to ensure it aligns with our revenue and cost goals.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the regional VP of Sales to develop strategic ideas and plans that will drive business revenue growth.
- Multi-Channel Approach: Develop, coordinate, and project manage a regional multi-channel approach to generate demand through various channels, including website, webinars, paid ads, email, events, tradeshows, and social media.
- Develop Strategies for all key segments: New logo, Channel/Partners, and customer cross selling.
- Campaign Briefs: Create comprehensive campaign briefs for our Shared Services Demand Gen Teams for Digital Marketing and Content & Design.
- Create Regional Content: Develop the appropriate regional content for each of the campaigns (emails, white papers, blogs, infographics, webinar content).
- Develop engagement strategies for your region BDR(s): brief them on campaigns you are running, create follow up messaging, and coordinate as a team to achieve the highest conversion rate possible for your leads to become qualified MEDDIC opportunities.
- Organize regional tradeshows: Identify relevant tradeshows in region with sales leadership.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly review campaign performance based on KPIs to improve performance and conversion rates.
- Partnership Coordination: Coordinate joint partner events, webinars, and tradeshows to drive leads and pipeline.
- Leverage AI tools to maximize productivity and lead quality: ChatGPT, Intent Data(with Marketing OPs), etc.
- Additional Responsibilities: Take on other responsibilities and key result areas as required or assigned.

- Degree in Business Studies/Marketing and/or Professional Marketing Qualification CIM (OR Equivalent).
