Job Type: PermanentWe are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our client, delivering projects across the Midlands, London, and South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead construction projects from cradle to grave across RIBA Stages 1-7, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects through all phases, from initial concept to handover.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and budgetary standards are met.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and reports.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Manager or Project Manager within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of delivering projects across all RIBA Stages.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
