- Supervise and mentor section chefs, promoting collaboration and accountability
- Enhance communication systems across the kitchen team to optimise service delivery
- Assist in menu planning, food preparation and maintaining quality standards
- Monitor food costs and implement measures for cost control and efficiency
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards across all kitchens
- Culinary degree or equivalent education
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques,
- Excellent leadership, communication, culinary and innovation skills
- Pro-active problem solving and decision-making capabilities
- Effective team management
- Fluent in English
- Have an eye for detail
- Able to work on their own initiative
- Previous experience working in a similar environment will be considered an asset
