HR Talent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing cost-effective recruitment strategies, building a talent pool, and efficiently hiring for current organizational needs. Knowledge of Zoho Recruit is a definite plus. Requirements Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment. Proficiency in using Zoho Recruit or any other HRTech platform for talent sourcing and management Skills: Expertise in creating and maintaining a talent pool of prospective employees, freelancers, and intern. Ability to understand the roles. Strong networking skills to establish connections with college placement cells, institutions, and libraries. Ability to research competitors smartly and conduct interviews with their employees to identify potential talent or understand skillset. Proficient in recruiting interns and need-based roles, with experience in managing recruitment pipelines. Familiarity with various recruitment mediums, including job boards, intern platforms, and agencies. Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively. Detail-oriented with the ability to create and manage recruitment campaigns and forms. Proactive in building networks and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn to enhance employer brandings.
