  • Minimum 4 years of experience in operational or control areas.
  • Fluent and agile communication skills in English, both spoken and written (ideally C1at least).
  • Proactive and result orientation competencies
  • Good knowledge of financial products in general, and business lines of business for CIB and BEC.
  • Strong organization capabilities to find improvements in the processes.
  • Strong teamwork and relationship building skills.
Desirable requirements:
  • Experience working in international projects.
  • Consulting experience.
OverviewAs the Operational controller of the Outsourcing services provided to the UK and CE branches, a new role in the region, you will be responsible for ensuring that the services outsourced comply with the internal and external requirements as well as monitoring the KPIs agreed at a contractual level.In this role you will work in permanent coordination with the Outsourcing teams in Head office and with the Compliance and Legal teams of the region.If you decide to join us, your day to day would consist in:
  • Identifying and listing those services that fall under the outsourcing category.
  • Ensure that the controls and contractual requirements are aligned to the global outsourcing policy and local outsourcing regulation.
  • In the case of new providers, coordinate the internal authorisation process, together with the procurement team.
  • KPI follow up and documentation.
  • In the case of HUB services, the biggest internal outsourcing service provider of the branches: regular monitoring of the quality of the service and preparation of the quarterly SLA committee documentation.
  • Active monitoring of incidents and requests coming from the Business affecting operative processes
