Provide hands-on technical support to users across different computer systems
Independently resolve technical issues promptly
Document and communicate incidents and their solutions effectively
Work collaboratively with other teams to identify and implement enhancements in support processes
Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and IT solutions
Ensure system implementations align with group guidelines

What you'll need to succeed

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable role
Possess a professional technical degree in Information Technology or a graduate degree in Computer Engineering
Demonstrate solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and network management software
Capable of autonomously and effectively solving problems
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Possess good knowledge of spoken and written English
Familiarity with VMWare
Understanding of ITIL principles
Oriented towards customers and able to work effectively as part of a team
