- Work directly with software engineers both locally and globally to ensure product quality objectives are achieved.
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of all CI activities across multiple projects.
- Proposing and driving architecture improvements, recommending process improvements.
- Managing Installer creation and deployment.
- Developing configuration and infrastructure solutions for internal deployments
- Updating, tracking, and resolving technical issues.
- Proactive ownership of build process
- Evaluate new technology options and vendor products. Ensuring critical system security using best-in-class security solutions.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, CI, or IT operations roles.
- Ability to lead and collaborate on high-impact and complex projects.
- Intermediate programming ability in following languages (e.g., C++, Python or groovy).
- Intermediate understanding of Windows and Mac build tools (Visual Studio, Xcode).
- Experience and comfort on the Linux command line.
- Good understanding of binary/driver signing process for MacOS and Windows.
- Good understanding of package and installer generation for MacOS and Windows platforms
- Expert with CI tools (e.g., Jenkins, Github, Artifactory).
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers and other team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven in the art of making good impactful decisions.
- Ability to articulate a clear guidance and vision.
- Strong communication (written and oral) and teamwork behavior within a diverse team environment.
- Ability to build good working relationships with other teams around the world.
