The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company’s business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.Job DescriptionJob Summary:The Product Manager will have responsibility to deliver a digital product that power Inspires technology stack. This position will play a critical role in driving the 12-18 months roadmap for our consumer-facing digital solutions. Key responsibilities include intaking and prioritizing consumer and business opportunities, assessing business cases for capital investment, defining core business requirements, and overseeing the delivery of technology solutions from engineering partners.The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset and possesses the ability to execute complete tasks and projects effectively. They will regularly review competitive landscape and business trends, develop roadmap of business / strategic opportunities through prioritization and sequencing deliverables, communicate vision and objectives to business stakeholders and engineering partners to establish cross-functional alignment, constantly balance deliverables against capital budget and engineering capacities, provide transparencies into progress of work while monitoring business impact, and report out key learnings and future plans per results.In our fast-paced environment we often must switch gears at a moments notice and take effective action without having to know the total picture. They will react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. This candidate has deep understanding of, and ideally past experience working in complex services and solutions. An ideal candidate would have a mix of experience in product management, program management, or solutions.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Discover opportunities to create and improve technology products to improve guest experience or internal operations.
  • Prioritize opportunities based on data and evidence gathered from varying parts of the business
  • Define and create detailed product requirements for use internally and externally
  • Proactively lead x-functional team of senior leaders and business teams within Inspire (including Engineering Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Finance, Legal, and Brand teams) to assess and define robust solution requirements
  • Lead and manage the development of technology products, through entire product life cycle, from roadmaps to end-of-life and deprecation
  • Own the administrative user-experience for all services within your domain
  • Manage complex program planning needs, working with product development, technology, training delivery teams
  • Define, develop, launch, and oversee quality of robust solution education programs and workshops for different audiences (customers, partners, etc.)
  • Define and manage KPIs to evaluate product effectiveness and propose adjustments to improve performance and ensure objectives are met
Education Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
Years Of Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience of product management practices, agile methodologies, and test-driven development experience.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in solving customer-facing digital experience opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with both business and IT to accomplish project objectives
  • A proven track record of driving digital innovation and delivering outperformance to stated business goals
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce business, consumer mindset, digital user experience, digital design frameworks and processes
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to lead data-driven discussions to drive alignment around prioritization and impact
  • Equipped with the digital technical fluency to be capable of understanding technical constraints and prioritizing and discussing tradeoffs between development and business teams
  • Knowledge of the range of activities related to the product development lifecycle (e.g. opportunity identification, product discovery, project execution, and post launch performance measurement and management)
  • Deep knowledge of agile delivery principles
  • Ability to translate data-driven insights, business intent, customer needs, and/or technical direction into clear, concise, well-documented product requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills capable of communicating in a way that conveys a clear understanding of the unique needs of widely varying audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving skills ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities and overcome unexpected challenges
  • Strong project/workflow management, prioritization, and negotiating skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver results; conscientious about meeting project deadlines
  • Passion for the restaurant industry and a strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire Brands with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision
