- Collaborating closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure a holistic approach to the child's education and welfare.
- Monitoring and recording the child's progress, providing feedback to the relevant stakeholders as required.
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs is highly desirable.
- A compassionate and patient approach, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development are advantageous.
