We are proud of the roles our families play in our school and in turn the role we play in their lives during their time at in Nanjing.THE ROLEAs a counsellor at BSN, you provide a comprehensive PSHE and educational counselling service with the aim of mentoring and coaching teachers, empowering them to better support the emotional, social and behavioural development of all students. You consult with teachers, parents, and staff to enhance their effectiveness in helping students with a particular emphasis on the development of the whole school PSHE programme.ABOUT YOUYou have a strong background in working with young children aged 2 to 18, ensuring their growth and well-being. You handle pressure well and have good communication and interpersonal skills. Meeting deadlines and taking feedback in stride are strengths of yours, and you enjoy working in teams.
