- Provide professional nursing care to patients
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by managing and responding to clients’ needs proactively
- Carry out routine clinical duties to include, but not limited to, taking blood taking, ECG, treadmill and vaccine injection
- Provide clinical support to doctors as well as clinical procedures
- Manage and respond to patients’ healthcare related requests
- Assist with supervision and management of HCA and other supporting staff
- Handle appointment booking and billing, as required
- Perform other clinic duties as assigned by supervisor
- Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and holder of a valid practicing certificate
- 1- 2 years’ clinical experience
- Able to perform venipuncture and ECG
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent patient care; attention to details, patient-oriented and with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to be a good team player
- Highly motivated, passionate, polite and responsible
- Willingness to fill in at other clinics, when necessary, is preferred
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC applications
- Work Location: Causeway Bay
- Work Schedule: Mon-Fri(0830-1800);Sat(0830-1300)
