- Be accountable for the overall company's Transformation strategy and aligning this to the business requirements. Defining and executing a strategy and ways of working which enable the organisation to operate efficiently and effectively – including people, transformation and change, internal communications, programme management, business planning and governance, compliance and facilities and logistics.
- Be accountable (along with the Strategy Leadership Team) for delivering the cultural change agenda within the organisation, with responsibility for driving an improved overall colleague experience, from onboarding to exit
- Lead the delivery of large-scale projects and programmes that incorporate proactive and innovative solutions in order to address business challenges identifying and overcoming risks that may hinder achievement of the area's goals.
- Ensure that the organisation has fit for purpose governance in place, & a functional communication plan that drives alignment, unity, transparency and clarity.
- Drive and embed the use of Agile practices and tools as appropriate throughout the function and ensure an agile mindset is present throughout.
- Build a new high performing engaged team in this area and foster a strong team culture in alignment with our purpose and behaviors.
- Be responsible for overall team performance and health, resource allocation, project prioritisation, and building a culture of business excellence.
- Proven track record of building and leading a large-scale change/transformation function and ability to influence change and action at all levels of the enterprise, ideally within a creative environment.
- Evidence of leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills – an individual who can motivate, develop and lead functional and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to define and execute functional strategy within a highly matrixed environment.
- Able to influence change and action at all levels of the enterprise.
- Ability to lead the resolution of business, process and audit issues.
- Strong business acumen shown through evidence of developing, introducing new or innovative practices/processes in support of strategic business goals.
